Dr. Steam

Locally and woman owned, Dr. Steam brings more than 15 years of carpet cleaning and restoration experience to Lubbock homes and businesses. Day to day work covers carpet, tile and grout, rug and furniture cleaning. For emergencies, a 24-hour team handles water damage from small spills to major floods: it removes standing water, dries and sanitizes the affected areas and works to return the property to its pre-loss condition. After a fire, the crew removes soot, smoke and water damage. Free quotes are offered on carpet and upholstery jobs, and same-day emergency service is available. Services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee, and the owner cites hands-on experience with a respectful, professional team. Rated 5.0 from 243 Google reviews, 238 of them five stars.
