Rankin Service Pros Carpet Cleaning

Jason Rankin owns and runs this Forney carpet cleaning company, which reports more than 15 years of experience. The main work is truck mounted hot water carpet cleaning, with a pre-spray and a rinse that leaves no soap residue. Tile and grout cleaning, upholstery, pet treatments, carpet repairs and duct cleaning are also on offer, and it gives free estimates on carpet, upholstery and tile jobs. Water extraction is part of the mix too: crews take emergency calls around the clock, use commercial dehumidifiers to cut drying time, and work with your insurance company. Service covers Dallas and surrounding towns including Plano and Richardson. The owner compares the process to national chains but promises lower overhead, a lower price and personal service, and a special offers three areas cleaned for $99.95 with hallways and closets included.
