Restoration 1 of Austin

Restoration 1 of Austin is a Latinx-owned restoration team that takes a job from emergency cleanup through the rebuild. Crews respond 24/7 with water extraction, drying and cleanup for pipe failures, roof leaks, sewage backups and storm flooding, plus mold remediation and fire and smoke recovery. IICRC-certified technicians work on residential and commercial properties, and pack-out, odor removal and reconstruction are offered. The company coordinates directly with insurance providers and works with all insurance companies. Local flood risk around Onion Creek, Shoal Creek and Waller Creek shapes its water work. Service reaches Round Rock, Lakeway, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Dripping Springs and Manchaca. Rated 4.8 from 262 Google reviews, 244 of them five stars. Historic homes in Hyde Park and newer high-density builds such as The Domain are both within its experience.
